Cockburn Cricket Club in conjunction with the City of Cockburn are hosting a workshop run by Tomorrow Man called 'More Than the Game'.

WHEN: Wednesday 8th February 2023

WHAT: Tomorrow Man 'More than the Game' Workshop from 515-715pm, with dinner at CCC sponsor the Gate Bar and Bistro afterwards (players to pay their own way)

COST: $0

WHO: Open to male CCC members, CJCC male players (year 10 and up only), and CJCC male parents. We welcome enquiries from others interested.

WHAT TO EXPECT - MORE THAN THE GAME (https://www.tomorrowman.com.au/programs)

This workshop, run by one of our experienced facilitators, creates a judgementfree environment for teams to explore the impact of rigid gender stereotypes on club culture, and provides tools to build trust both on and off the field.

Throughout the workshop we explore how we can look after, not only ourselves, but also our friends, teammates, families, and communities better while creating our own version of the Aussie sportsperson.

Participants will build resilience and self-confidence, resulting in improved morale and cohesion, and in turn will strengthen the club’s culture, performance, and social capital.
